At first it was her beauty that struck us, her bright eyes, the way she carried herself. Then we began to notice other things: how she read what was happening around her, how quickly she learned, how she recognised our moods and how she communicated through the smallest of signals.
With her first litter we saw at close hand how much the earliest weeks matter in building confidence, communication and the ability to face the world.
Paprica was the beginning of a path of study and understanding that, over the years, has led us to know the Poodle more deeply: its character, its aptitudes, its stages of development and the value of early experience. Our selection work grows out of that knowledge.
